Description

Muse_Dash is an exceptional rhythmic game with a slice of musical goodness. It’s simple yet incredibly tough to suit the needs of gaming enthusiasts. The cute characters match the overall tone of the game. Are you ready to jump and slash everything that comes your way?

You defeat enemies by navigating obstacles and tapping the screen in the background. To start with, the game has two buttons that suit novice and experienced gamers. In addition, each Muse has passive skills and health that align with the costumes. As you progress with the game, you can equip the Elfins with additional abilities. Since Muse Dash possesses highly difficult options, it may look challenging for some folks.

You’ll also enjoy unprecedented visual effects compared to traditional gameplay. On each level, the music matches the different bosses and scenes. The starter songs are solid, so you can unlock more as you level up. Plus, you get a mix of upbeat and frenzy-inducing tracks. Most of the songs are absolute bangers - from jazz to electro-pop. But again, the level of unlocking the tracks is evenly distributed. You should start from one level before progressing to the next.

You can always offset the balance to your liking to ensure everything comes your way. The music selection is impressive too.

The game is well put together – it will keep you in the groove. The sharpness and colorfulness are also a joy to behold. Generally, there are two circle cross chairs above each character (one above the ground and the other on a ground level). You also get two buttons – one for jumping and the other for the attack. You don’t have to remember an assault of icons flying around. This is what makes the game unique.

In terms of progression, you earn points as you steadily level up. Your targets go in tandem with the songs. You may want to see where you hit and try to beat the time. Other than the normal hits, you can leverage the long beams of light. You can trigger them by quickly pressing the buttons.

Another feature that makes Muse Dash unique is the combo. The trick here is holding two different buttons while holding down an aerial star. Of course, the faster you fill them up, the more points you earn. If you miss an enemy, the combo resets to zero. But it’s the simplicity of the game that keeps you hooked to the game.

The characters, on the other hand, come in different costumes. You can start with an adorable youngster before you go for the tough rocker chick. As you climb up the ranks, you can upgrade to the sassy Marija. All the characters are great to look at, especially Buro, who likes to hind behind a teddy bear.

Choose your characters wisely

The Bunny girl Rin will help you get a 200+ score. Focus on knocking back ghosts and dodging barriers. This character is ideal for stages with lots of ghosts. Once your combo reaches 60/70, the joker Buro comes into play. Again, the little devil Marija guarantees 25% more scores. If you get the highest score, you enjoy six DLC songs.

Go for Muse and Elfin

The different stages require unique combinations. Besides Elfin and Muse, you can go for the fever mode.

Focus on the levels

Before you proceed to harder songs, you should try levels 8 and 9. Keep in mind that level 5 is more challenging than level 7. The zone also matters – don’t go for high percentages and restart every time. If you land seven notes in a row, you could land or miss. All music will keep you vulnerable to obstacles and bosses.

Anticipate the beats instead of reacting to them

Rather than react to the characters, think about what comes next. For instance, the girl in black makes it easier to dodge the enemies. This character lengthens the area of Great, Pass, and Perfect.

No single tapping

While this may sound obvious, single tapping can make you lose the combos. While the speed can make you tense up, you should practice staying loose.

Muse_Dash is an incredible game that gives a correlation between enemies and music. It has a colorful presentation that keeps you on the edge of your seat The quality content will keep hardcore gamers busy all the time.
